Step 2 question

Hi all,
I'm looking for some extra info about step 2, I know you can have a meal, either a breakfast, lunch and tea and just wondered can people give me ideas on what I can have?? And what weight I can have? As many ideas as possible, so I don't get bored!!!

Hi, I bought an electric steamer and have chicken and veg or salad, I cover the chicken with either dried spices to give it a kick or use a tomato soup sachet,earlier in the day when making my soup I keep about a third of the sachet back mix it into a sauce for my chicken, in my head my tomato soup/steamed chicken is now "Italian style" :) I must mention I am a crap cook to start with......
