Stevia sweetener

I thought I would share this, just in case anyone was considering them ​
I emailed Lipotrim regarding the Stevia sweetener in tablet form and this was the response;

We would be concerned about Stevia, but have no real experience with the tablets. If you find yourself extra hungry, it is probably the reason

Think I'll swerve them for the time being as it doesn't take much to knock me out of ketosis.

form tomorrow i am leaving tea and coffee with sweetner full stop as i think it is that that is making me more hungry. x

I bought some Redbush Tea yesterday and found I didn't need any sweetener It was quite nice. What sweeteners do you use Ghemz?
