stewed fruit!

When fruit it cooked, mashed, blended etc, the chemical structure of the fruit changes, which means your body doesn't use as much energy to process the fruit, it doesn't keep you full as long, and the sugars are more easily absorbed, which is why it's no longer sin-free
They give them in the book for cooked fruit - I don't start back at class till thursday, so haven't got access to the syn values at the moment.
