Still Going Good!

Well just had my 8th week weigh in...and I lost nothing and put nothing on but....
I lost 3 inch on my waist
And 2 inch on hips
And put inch on my arms
Cause I went heavy at the gym last week. I'm thinking of rotating at min one week heavy one week full cardio.
What do you reckon does that sound good???
