Hi guys, I'm still around but now I've moved into my flat I don't yet have Internet access, except for at work

Hope you all had nice long weekends!

I lost 3lbs last week so it's still going in the right direction
and I got myself a date with a new gal tomorrow night keep your fingers crossed for me!
