Ok so I have been worrying since my chicken and salad yesterday that I might have knocked myself out, but it looks like I am ok. Stick was pink last night, and darker pink this morning, so I think I am ok!!!!!

Glad to hear it. I'm starting day 2 of SS since returning from my holiday in Florida. I don't think I will test for Ketosis until Saturday. Well done for staying in the Pink.
