Try and stick with it, hun. You will definitely reap the benefits when you have that first weigh in. I know exactly how you feel cos I was the same! The temptation to eat something was huge and I seemed continually obsessed with food. Trust me, the 2nd week is a lot easier. Just focus on your holiday and think it is only a couple of months out of your life and soon you will be eating again (albeit healthily!). Best of luck to you, hun. x

hi, just want to say same as everyone else really, keep going, do something, anything to take your mind off it, i became obsessed with food in first few days but lost 14lb in my 1st week and the second week had been a breeze so far.... keep going x

Hi Aisha-Lou, you'll be in ketosis in the next day or 2 and then you'll find things a lot easier, honestly!!!!! You just need to be very strong until then.

Stick a photo/picture of a skinny minnie in a bikini where you can see it to remind you of why you are doing this.

And come on here when you need support or distracting - some of the posters on here are very distracting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I have lost a stone in 3 weeks!!!! So just think how you are going to feel in 3 weeks time, when you are a size smaller and you are feeling great about yourself... if you give up you will probably feel poo about yourself and then eat crap to make yourself feel better and in three weeks time you could be even heavier than you are now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KEEP GOING - just commit yourself to it every hour, once you get your first weigh in over you you will be feeling super duper... xox
