Stir Fry spray oil..frylite

With oriental seasoning.

Was in Somerfield today & spotted this, assume it must be new as I haven't seen it before.

Cooking chicken & prawn fried rice tonight, so I thought I'd give it a go.

Our consultant brought it up at our last meeting, I'd be interested as to if it tastes very different to using normal frylite?!

I bought my spray lite salad dressing from tesco they have two varieties. It is quite strong though so I am just getting used to only using one or two sprays.

Did try it tonight, but can't really tell you what it tasted like, because the recipe I used is really tasty anyway. However I did just try a bit on my finger & it definately has a chinese taste to it!!

Yes its very tasty, I was putting too much on my salad so it was a bit over powering at first but now it adds a nice taste!
