I personally wouldn't freeze a stir fry, how ever you could freeze the cut up vegetables prior to cooking them so you have them all ready next time you do a stirfry.

I do what BritMum does if I want to prepare stirfry in advance, or if I think I prepared too much in the first place (that doesn't happen very often!)

I freeze mine all the time and they're always alright when I reheat them
