Roughy a chinease stir fry pack and some light soy sauce light as in light or dark nor reduced fat, and I was wondering if someone could tell me if this would be free on sf

As long as the veg is free veg and on the bag it doesn't say if any oils are added etc. soy sauce is free for a good few tsps can't remember of head when you have to start counting. But I think it sounds free

I don't count soy sauce, I think it's like spices, you're allowed upto a certain amount before you start pointing. X
