Stir frys.. what a great way to fill up !

asda are doing a 3 for 2.50 offer which incldues:


> the veg, mushroom stir fry, butter bean, e.tc
> the noodles, rice or egg
> sauce, red thai, et.c


i also add beef strips to mine in small places and it tastes absolutly delightful

It fills me up for a while too!
