stock cubes syns

Hi there -

Are stock cubes free? I ask because my book says they're 1.5 syns but in the slimming world magazine this week, it says stock cubes can be used freely.

Yep, there was a change relatively recently - stock cubes are now free. Maybe time to get a new book if you don't go to class?

Gravy granules still need to be synned, but use stock as you like!

Would that be all stock cubes (ie:knorr) or just the oxo ones?
