    hi everyone am i right in saying there is no syns in stock cubes ? ie chicken beef and veg ?

    The book lists the following as free:

    - bouillon powder
    - stock cubes
    - liquid stock concentrate
    - ready to use liquid stock

    I believe gravy granules are still synned, but I would never use them so I don't know.

    thanks a mill going to make leek and potato soup was goin to use a chicken stock cube :) so now i can and it will all be free :)

    Yes they are free, they never used to be but they are now!!!

    My preference is for the liquid concentrated stock from Knorr. I don't like the taste of stock cubes. But each to their own!
