Attack Stock cubes

Another day, another thing Choccie has had she wonders if she shouldn't.

On the plus side I've found some water based vanilla essence (it's nowhere near as nice as the one I found had sugar in though )

I made a sort of turkey ham creation last night and added a small bit of a stock cube. Are these acceptable or should I avoid these too?

they are quite high in fat so 1/2 a cube max ....... in france you can get gorgeous ones that are ok taste better than the ones here .....i do notice the salt taste with them now
