If I boil extra lean mince, onions, carrots in oxo and water would the stock from this be syn free. Also how many syns in beef gravey granules? Thanks x

I make syn free gravy by blitzing up cooked mushrooms with stock then add to either a pan or whatever im cooking and reduce down
and yes the stock would be syn freenatalie1402
