Well, I'm back again!

All 18 stone and 13lbs of me! I managed to get from 21 stone down to 14 stone 3lbs in 2014 by calorie counting and exercising but since then the weight has steadily crept back on.

Anyway less of the past! I joined Slimming last Wednesday and I'll be posting all weigh ins and meals on here to keep me on track... so here goes!

Day 1

B - banana on toast and satsuma

L - Aldi Rojan Josh (1.5 syns) and cauliflower rice topped with fat free natural yogurt

T - Homemade Cottage pie (3 syns) and veg

S - Ryvita, cheese, tomato and sweet chilli sauce (5.5 syns)
Alpen Light Bar (3 syns)

Total 15 syns

Thank you! I'm hoping the pics will make me refocus on portion size. I know Slimming World doesn't weigh free foods but I can't take it too literal lol
 
Day 5 - Tues 11th Sept
