Stopped snacking...

Ive stopped buying biscuits Alpen Light Ryvitas etc, when I had them in I would mostly go over my syns daily I had my last of them yesterday.


I feel a lot better Im not sat thinking I'll just have 1 ryvita and then carry on and have 3, so I made the right decision not getting any in.

Im not a person with moderation when it comes to biscuits and cakes.


So hope fully I can stay on track and stick to the fruit yippeee

Woohoo well done you! I've stopped snacking, if I have anything now it's fruit or a yoghurt. I find I'm losing weight alot faster now I'm not snacking and my main meals fill me up a lot more than before, so keep at it! :D

Ive been handling the plan far better no biscuits crackers in the house I dont feel there is anything in the house other than fruit that will get me.

Its easier to stick to plan thinking I'll just have 1 Ryvita then it turns into 5.


So it was the right decision coz I cant be trusted ha ha!!!

Well done, I definitely think that cutting the snacks makes a big difference to weight loss.

And you are right if you don't have it in you can't have it lol! Although it is usually chocolate with me and not ryvita ;)

Its still working I went shopping this morning no Alpen or Ryvita, Iknow what you mean with chocolate .The thing is with biscuits I like a good chomp on something that yogurt and fruit doesnt do it. Ryvita I used to put a bit of Flora light on and then some low sugar jam on too.
