I have had a weird day where I just don't feel hungry which is very unlike me!!

I skipped breakfast which was very naughty! Then I had soup (3 syns), toast (hex B) and salad for lunch and a couple of bits of fruit!

When I got home I had a chicken pasta mugshot and then didn't fancy dinner!!

I've just put a chicken breast in the oven to have with some salad but I'm consious that I haven't eaten enough today! I don't know what to do though, I don't want to eat more for the sake of it....

If you dont feel hungry dont force yourself to eat hun :) .. i had a few days like that last week i just wasnt bothered..my appetite soon came back though!

I think it is important to recognise your hunger signs and be aware of "true" hunger and also when we are not really hungry, so with that in mind we definately shouldn't force ourselves to eat just for the sake of it. I think everyone has days were their appetite is not as big as other days.

Sometimes you just don't have the same appetite. Or you aren't as active that day so not needing as much to eat. I have been like this and so has my friend.
