I gave this a try today after seeing the yummy looking giant jaffa cake on here and it was yummy ..
1 x shop bought flan base
1 packet of sugar free strawberry jelly
plenty of fresh strawberries
Make up the jelly as directed on the packet and put in the fridge to cool.
Slice the strawberries and arrange them on the top of the flan base.
When the jelly is starting to set pour it over the strawberries and put the flan in the fridge to set.
I bought the flan base from Tesco and worked out it was 648 calories for the whole thing (it's huge!) plus 8 cals for the jelly makes it 656 in total, which is roughly 4 syns (82 cals) for an 8th of the flan, which is a pretty generous serving!
