Could any kind soul tell me the syns in the following yoghurt, as I havent got access to the syns calculator, I am waiting for the US site to release.

It works out at 4syns on all the plans im afraid!

Thats okay, as it isnt a 0% fat one, I can't stand the taste of flavoured fat free ones.

Hmm, I got three syns on all plans. Weird. Free food of course being yog.

Shrimpy's right, you need to count the yogurt as free food, making it 3 syns.
