I've had the month from hell (separated from partner, lost house, no money so had to move to my mums 100 miles away, part time job barely pays the diesel, arghhhh) and I've put on 6lb since all this happened.
I'm an emotional water at the best of times- funnily enough when I feel crap I eat to feel numb, whereas when I'm happy I eat naughty stuff in moderation and enjoy it. I'm really struggling to get back on plan, have managed 1 proper day in the last month. I have no routine, am living between work (live in carer), my van and my mums 100 miles away. Life is very hectic and up in the air, and I'm having to adjust to a different way of life. The cheaper supermarkets are nowhere near my mums in London so I am struggling to afford my usual food, especially when I'm unsure about job prospects.
How do you fix something like this? I've got into really bad habits again but this time I'm stuck with some until my situation changes.
