Are you doing LLL, or LL Hadley? This is in the LLL section, so be careful - they may be discussing food which can be difficult at times of struggle.....

At this stage it is your chatterbox that is testing you, as day 9 you are fully in ketosis by now so wouldn't be experiencing real or physical hunger. This is where it can be challenging! That old mind will try and trick you.

Plot out a lot of distractions for you for times like this -- a nice walk outside, a good chick flick - long overdue chores - a lot of us got a lot of clearing out down during this stage! ;) Anything to keep your mind occupied.

Bubble baths were my favourite!

Good luck, don;t listen to the voices - they are lying! Be strong, and you will get through it.

Thankyou, and yes on LL, i get lost on here, and yes i know im not hungry, its more of a creaving for a good dinner!!!, its good to have a bit of help along the way on here, just thought it would be easier the second week rather than harder!!!

Hi Hadley, i have been feeling the same and am also on my 2nd week, i know the feeling, i am taking it day by day and want to finish this diet in no time. As this is my 2nd time on LL!

OMG, i really dont want to have to do this again, once is enough!!!!, i too want to get this over with as soon as possible, have slept for the last couple of hours sooo tired and maybe that is another reasons for struggerling, the more people i talk to, the more i realise that they too are finding the 2nd week difficult too, makes me feel im not alone!!
