This has been my ultimate challenge. I have struggled with this for years and its the last issue I have. I have lost over 25 lbs but still this is where I find it hardest to lose the weight. Any advice....

It is not possible to selectively lose weight in a particular area. However, it is possible to tone muscles in a particular area using exercises like Abdominal muscle exercises and abdominal oblique exercises or other exercises advised at any gym. This may improve the look of an area, even if it doesn't actually result in weight loss in that area. Essentially, my advice is not to worry too much about trying to lose weight in a particular area, instead concentrate on getting your weight down to a healthy level - weight will come off the area it should, and at a healthy weight you will look good anyway.

Try enrolling in a belly dance class. My friend used to have a fat belly and since she enrolled herself in a belly dance class her belly fat has been reducing.
