I am tucking into a ham salad sandwich made with SW regulation bread

although I did unconsciously automatically reach for the white - but I put it back
I'd say I first started struggling in September, not badly, just the losses slowed right down so my motivation took a hit...but then I kept at it and it always came off!
Did really wellthats over Christmas and new year - gained half then lost 2!
An then again the losses were slow...I kept going, had lost 8.5lbs so far this year only leaving me with 7lbs to target...then this week came.
I'm a teacher so was off work - hubby bought me a huge box of chocs for valentines day!

I knew he didn't like them si shouldn't have been in a rush to eat them but I was!! Lol. Ate the lot between Monday night and Thursday night!!
Tuesday (valentines day) I was going to have a syned Chinese, but it was closed!! So with it being late we ordered from a Mexican - syn city!!
Then on Wednesday I went for Greek food with ppl from work / this had been penciled in the diary for months! The meal itself wasn't too bad, should have not eaten ad much pitta bread...but I got home and carried on eating!
Thurs wasn't too bad, was just finishing off chocs! Oh and a slice of White toast!!
Then Friday, again wasn't as bad as it could have been cos I was v busy, but we had planned pizza hut (my hubby's favourite!) and I just couldn't get out of it! I didn't have a dessert there tho...I shared a doughnut when I got home! Lol

Yesterday was a fab red day!

minimal syns, lots of shopping/walking
Today so far is ok - it's a green day due to lack of food shopping! Had both my hex b's and I'm basically having a hungry day!!
Think it's also not helped by going bk to work tomorrow!!!
