HiGuys, I am new to the forum so sorry if i have posted this in the incorrect place. I have been doing SW for 9 weeks now and lost 11.5lb altogether but the lastweek i have been really struggling. (craving biscuits and rubbish) I goon holiday in 6 weeks’ time and would like to of lost 2st in total, could youpossibly give me some tips to stay on plan? Andmaybe some meal ideas as I keep having the same things. (chili, mushy peacurry, super speed soup, fish and veg) Thanksin advance.
