struggling arrgggfffhh

    i've got 6 weeks without an official weigh in and its making me want to cheat.
    i keep thinking 'oh well if i did put on a lb or so i'll have lost it by the time i have to get on the scales'. i know its stupid and i'm really trying to stick to it and get it out my head. the main thing about this diet working for me is the difference on the scales each week.

    i miss my wii fit too, its back home and i'm at my other halfs in london. its boring as i have no friends or family here, just me and my 9month old, and OH leaves really early each morning and gets in at 7:30-8.
    can't wait to go home, i've only been here since last night lol

    Hi,
    Its really hard when you are going without wis were you to stick to it and be weighed in 6 weeks you will have lost a good amount of weight.
    If you are like me and have a cheat now,it could lead to you cheating all the time and completely slipping off plan.I am a monday person by that I mean if I was to cheat say on a friday although I would try my hardest not to I would continue cheating right round to Monday as that is when I always start a diet.

    Hi, maybe it would be a good idea to arrange for a friend or even your OH to do your weigh in each week. It won't be quite the same but maybe it will help to keep you on track.
