I think I can understand where you're coming from; I have had times where a week or two into a diet / new eating plan over the last five years (I never dieted before that) when I loose all motivation and go nuts... eating everything in sight just because the feeling that I'm on a diet is too much to bear, and after that it just goes downhill... the thing is, now, when I look back, I realize that I could have lost *
all* the weight I had to loose twice over and more if I'd stuck to it then, and that is what keeps me on track now. This will be the last time I do this, because we are so worth looking after ourselves.
Just remember that one slip, or ten doesn't mean you can't carry on... pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and remember why you were doing this in the first place
Make tomorrow the first day, and start over, you know you're worth it...

And although I've only been here a short time, this site is filled to the brim with kind, friendly people to help you stay strong along the way
