Struggling!! Help!

Hi all!

Well I started LLT on Friday the 25th of February. I found that getting through the weekend the toughest part and this weekend is not exception.
I lost 7.4lbs last week and felt great but today I am really struggling with cravings. I am now realising just how much grazing I must have been doing and I just wondered if anyone had any tips to distract me or to keep me motivated!

Hi, well done for getting this far! The weekends can be very difficult. I tend to have lots of lovely pampering baths and paint my nails. I like to relax with a good glossy magazine and also visit my sister and her nutty boys lol. Having a good clearout of your wardrobe is another good way to pass the time, mines never looked so good lol

I break my days down to 4 hour slots and try to do something in each of the slots if that makes sense. Saturday nights for me are rubbish TV and chill in complete peace, kids are out partying lol

This is my first weekend but i know where your coming from. I went to asda before and kept going to pick up things for me to nibble on the way home. I got home and took my hubbys jacket potatoe out of the oven and automatically went to cut some off and put butter on it. Can you have a bar for a treat or something? I know its easier said than done but just try to remember how well you have done and that the weekend is only two days. Ive just had a deep bubble bath whilst everyone was eating.xxx
