struggling today

    day 5 .. and first time i wanna eat, i won't.. but still. i just don't feel good :(
    i should be more positive as i had a sneaky weigh in in boots and lost 6lb.. but just feeling blah!

    It can be like that hun but it will pass eventually. Think it depends on your mindset. Last time I did LT I was like "I don't want to eat bad food ever again! its salads all the way!" and this time i'm at end of second week and sometimes I feel like I could murder a pizza!!! But hey ho thats what this site is for, to share your thoughts whether good or bad and get the support you need from people who are going through the same as you.

    Keep your chin up and think of your first weigh in,.. its nearly there!

    Hiya.. ive been really struggling recently, ive been trying to jump into a nice hot bath with a mag/book & get my mind off food, or look at some old photographs that sometimes spurs me on.. you can doit!! week 1 nearly over xx
