Struggling today...

Hi all. I am really struggling today, i want to eat everything in sight! I think its because i am craving a cigarette (gave up smoking last week...).
Im sure you all have days like this, anything you do to help take your mind off food?!
 
Well done + good luck!! Keep something like blueberries nearby. Cos they're so small you can nibble on loads of them without eating too much. Hope that helps!
 
Just made myself a dessert to cheer me up and it only had 3 propoints ha!
Pint glass with sugar free jelly, 50g of low fat ice cream, a weight watchers yogurt and pieces of clementines... Fantastic Haha. Can pretty much add what i like fruit wise too :)
