struggling today

    I've had a weekend away. I ate carbs, carbs, carbs. I restrained myself on portion size so havent put on any weight (amazingly). I am struggling to get back on track today. I know I need to. I havent cheated today but I feel incredibly tempted.

    Get yourself distracted. If you can't help thinking about food you'll keep being tempted. I cleaned the oven, the bathroom and the floor the other day, can't eat crisps with rubber gloves on! Or have a long hot bath with bubbles! You can do this and make it through without caving. But once you awaken the carb demon it's hard to get them back in the box!!!
