Struggling without food

    Cambridge 810
    Hi all, I am currently in week 3 of LL.
    I am struggling though. I feel that i need to have something to eat and am becoming more and more obsessed with food. It is in my thoughts morning, noon and night.
    I have abstained for 24 days now but really don't think i can do it without having alittle something.

    What i wanted to know is -
    Could i start on the 810 plan without doing the total abstinence thing?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I take it you are going to swap from LL to cambridge .It is totaly do able my friend did the same thing with no problem go see your local cambridge diet counselor .Good look xxx

    Thanx guys,

    Will look for a local CDC and get started on that next week hopefully.
