Hi all, I am currently in week 3 of LL.
I am struggling though. I feel that i need to have something to eat and am becoming more and more obsessed with food. It is in my thoughts morning, noon and night.
I have abstained for 24 days now but really don't think i can do it without having alittle something.
What i wanted to know is -
Could i start on the 810 plan without doing the total abstinence thing?
Any advice would be appreciated.
