I am on day 11 today and i am really struggling! i'm on day 4 of totm and have my weigh in tomorrow which i'm sure will be really bad. I am really craving food today, but feel really nauseous (sp?) and i really feel like giving up, thinking maybe i'm not in the right place in my head to do this diet. On the other had, i really want to fit into a special dress for new years eve. I realise i'm just having a bad day, and come tomorrow, it'll be better, but is anyone else going through this phase where you really just want to give up?

    hI,
hope you are feeling better now. Just a short few hours and you will be weighed again and delighted with yourself that you stayed on it. It is your TOTM and we all know how horrible hormones can be so stick with it, get into bed if not there already, weigh in tomorrow and let us know how you get on. Best of luck.

    hey hun...

sorry you're feeling low and struggling with it. I think we all have days like that (certainly isn't helped by the old totm!!) and feel like jacking it all in. I think the thing is... if you did...and enjoyed something to eat. Well that would feel good...for about half an hour! Then afterwards you'd feel rubbish and sad that you'd packed in LT which is giving you such amazing losses.

Try picturing yourself in that gorgeous New Years Eve dress...see yourself sipping a glass of champers and looking all slim and stunning. How much happier does that picture make you?

It IS tough at times...but it gets better every day. You'll find that your low times get less and less and that you'll start finding this a way of life. I never thought I would but I really do now. Just try to stick at it...you know you can come on here and chat to someone whenever you're feeling down

    Big hugs xxx

Everyone has days like this! But, it gets much much better, it really does, after a little bit you feel as if you've gone too far to give up & just imagine you in that dress!!

Stick with it, it'll be worth it in the long run! Good luck :)
