Hey hun, I have been on this for 12 days now...it really does get better, I never believed that until I got there for myself. The first week I found hard but by about day 8 I was bouncing! I think once you have had the initial weigh in it will motivate you to crack on with it....we are all here for you!!
Oh Petal!!! Poor you!! Listen to the others - it will pass. When i did this first time round i was nearly climbing the walls by day 4 and had chewed off all my nails!! But suddenly it just got better and 10 weeks later i had over 3 stone off. Have a bath, cup of black tea, do anything to try and keep your mind of food but just hang in there kiddo!!!!
Hi Duncan, ketosis usually kicks in with a vengence on day 4 for me - you'll hopefully find that you have a lovely long sleep tonight (go to bed early if you can) and wake up tomorrow feeling much better xx
