struggling

I'm at target but the top end and I'm finding it hard to stick to plan I'm tired busy with the kids inc. 10 month old and son who is special needs, plus I've just been diagnosed with thyroid problems and put on synthetic replacement.

I need a kick up the bum to keep on plan which I'm not even close to and as my husband is away for 3 weeks from Sunday I'm thinking this is the time to sort out my eating.

I'm only doing green it works for me I'm veggie.

So please can you give me some tips to stay on track, sadly I can't make group due to dh being away.

try going back to basics and using the food diary or even weigh your hexa and hexb-it all adds aup.We all go through this so I'm sending you a big kiccccccccck up the b.Here's a hug to get you back on track and just think how good it felt to reach target-You don't want to pile it on like I did and have to start again. I have a naughty thyroid and its really hard to loose anything even with the tabs so get yourself in gear before you end up a big fat heifer like me. LOL
