Hi,

We all have tough days on this diet, but try to think that in just 7 weeks time you will be a new slimmer & happier you. Another 7 weeks is no time at all, just take it day by day and come on here for support

Clair is totally right. I felt the same too, you can't think how many weeks are ahead, just think of today and you'll get through. Maybe try splitting up the shakes if you are feeling weak. Some people on here go through weak fazes, hopefully this will pass for you. Keep drinking the water as this will help a lot.

Will just try to do day by day trying to
keep goal in mind and focus won't break
it but today is the first day feeling so low x

It's normal to feel low on this diet as your body is trying to cope with lots of changes. Try to keep yourself busy, paint your nails, take a long bath or maybe look online at clothes you want to fit into when you reach your goal?
