Hi, I did Slimming World and managed to loose 1 1/2 stone doing extra easy.
Sounds crazy but for most of my meals I had a massive dish full of rice with veg and chicken! Helped me keep on track and tried to forget about all of the syns you could have, and just have a treat once a week ? Hope this helps in some way? ! xx
If my motivation is low, I think of the reasons why I want to lose weight and how I will feel when I get into goal. Most of the time it works, the only time being usually when I'm suffering with SAD
