Is that really all your maintainance calories are?
If I don't exercise and eat the same amount of calories every day (I don't as I like to eat less in the week and more at weekends) then my maintainance calories are about 1500 a day and I am only 5ft tall and weigh 122lbs
1500-1600 sounds low for maintainance as your weight says you're 190lb? Unless MFP is wrong for me but I'm not gaining weight he he.
