Wow, you have done so amazingly well. It's natural to have a motivation loss now and then. But look how far you've come!
Perhaps, as Pootle said, you are a bit bored with the plan and need some new recipes and ideas to give yourself a bit of a kickstart?
One thing I do know, if you stop, and gain, the hard work you have put in since April 2014 will be wasted and you will absolutely kick yourself (I've been there, I started at a similar weight to you, lost 5 stone, stopped the plan and regained almost 2 stone which I am now trying to lose again, and more).
What you mustn't do is get into a downward spiral of falling off the plan, and feeling guilty, and then convincing yourself you can't do it any more. Get rid of those negative thoughts, draw a line under them, and start afresh. Maybe take a day or 2 of just maintaining, where you're still in control but just treading water, to re-evaluate your motivations and your goals. Take one small step, one half stone, at a time.
