Extra Easy Struggling?

Hi everyone,

I am hoping there is someone who can help me!
So I lost 16lbs in 6 weeks before Christmas, left SW and rejoined in January after gaining 4lbs. I am now 8 weeks in but have only lost 6lbs. This has included one maintain and one gain. I showed my consultant my food diaries and she can't find where I am going wrong. This week I was determined to get a loss, I changed my HEX B choice to weetabix or ryvita instead of hifi bars and have drank less diet fizzy drinks and drank more water but again this week I have maintained. I always weigh and measure my healthy extras and fill a third of my plate with superfree foods, and normally have between 5-10 syns per day. I think my consultant thinks I am not being honest with my food diaries because she says I must be doing something wrong, could this plan really not be working for me?

Any advice or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated, thank you
