Im just starting week 5 and this is the first time since starting that ive felt like i do today. Ive felt really hungry today and water and tea just dont seem to be hitting the spot. usually im fine feeding my little boy and having my oh eating beside me but today hes had to eat in the other room as im sooo hungry. i think its the fact its been easter this weekend so all the tempting chocolate and been pretty lazy so not kept myself occupied, plus its my time of the month so thats not helped. even though im only planning on being on lt for 3 more weeks (which i know is nothing compared to most of your journeys) i cant really see the light at the end of the tunnel today! only had my last shake anhour and half ago and id love another!!! :sigh:

You are doing brilliantly, it wont help it being your time of the month, but today is nearly over so stick with it and resist temptation. Tomorrow is a new day.

Is it real hunger or phsychological hunger? Maybe watch the inspiration slide show or read the Thought Provoking thread again? keep saying to yourself that you are not hungry and your brain will eventually start to believe it.

Keep strong! Get your OH to "distract" you maybe? Get that sense of well being from somewhere else?
