how many daily calories would be acceptable with the atkins way of eating? if you calorie count then how many do you allow yourselves?

i'm well under. maybe i should up everything.Atkins recommends 60% cals from fat, 35% protein & 5% carbs. You can change all the nutritional values including your total calorie intake on myfitnesspal... on your home page click on the goals tab & then on the green change goals.
Women on Atkins should be getting 1500-2000 cals per day. HTH. xx
i hardly get chance to exercise and when i do i get interupted by the kids. but when i do get a chance i go for it on my wii fitCalorie counting is obviously possible. Try leaning out a bit, drop the cheese and higher fat content stuff for a bit and see does it work.
Join a gym! Work out, I'm doing on average an hour a day 5-7 days a weeks and it made a huge difference.
