Im with you hun. I need to loose it by the time i go away on 28th June and time is ticking. Its been a mth now and now lb's dropping on the scales:cry:. Right, you and me Mrs, every day, menus and the works. We seem to be the only ones on here that it happens to.

Is that possible? If we cut out carbs but eat high in fat wont we be having too much fat according to that site? Maybe we should have our limit and just use that to see values in foods

Exactly. It told me i was over yesterday. I think we should have a limit to stick to and only use that site to find out nutritional values of foods we dont know

i dont know what is the limit on cals or fat :( where are Linz or Jim when you need them

Not sure about Linz but im guessing Jim jim is having a busy mon morning either that or stuffing their faces with something yummy for lunch

Atkins recommends 60% cals from fat, 35% protein & 5% carbs. You can change all the nutritional values including your total calorie intake on myfitnesspal... on your home page click on the goals tab & then on the green change goals.

Women on Atkins should be getting 1500-2000 cals per day. HTH. xx

Thanks Linz I will try changing it tomorrow. Off to try and sleep in a bit

Linz what would the goal be for fat and protein - i know carbs 20d then i dont understand

i'm well under. maybe i should up everything.

Calorie counting is obviously possible. Try leaning out a bit, drop the cheese and higher fat content stuff for a bit and see does it work.
Join a gym! Work out, I'm doing on average an hour a day 5-7 days a weeks and it made a huge difference.

i hardly get chance to exercise and when i do i get interupted by the kids. but when i do get a chance i go for it on my wii fit
