STS - really upset, can you help?

I want to lose a stone and lost 2lbs last week. This week i sts, i am trying not to let it dishearten me, but it is :cry:

I had a bad weekend, so i know that didn't help, but could anyone read through my food diary ive just updated on the right section and/or give me some tips.

I'm doing EE and i wanna lose weight so bad with this diet as it smuch better than WW.

Its week 2 and you dont have much to lose so your losses will be smaller. I lost 4lb then sts for 2 weeks last time. Just carry on as you are and keep trying at it. Its only 1 week and its better than a gain! Im sure someone will look at your diary! :)

try not to worry, last week i lost 3lbs and this sts too. I think its just your body adjusting to the diet and usually If I have had a good week and this happens it tends to show the week after (as long as i stick to being good) lol!

Stick with it and i bet you will get better results next week.

I had the same - lost 3.5 last week and STS this week - I tend to have a big loss every few weeks and maintain the rest of the time! Don't let it get you down though I know that's easy to say, it's made me determined to get another loss on Wednesday! Good luck x

I've read and commented in your food diary hun. You had a weekend of "eating bad food" - that would easily cause you to stay the same.

If you don't have much to lose, you really can't get away with a lot.

Stick with it and try to be good over the weekend. x

When I had a STS a couple of weeks ago I was really disappointed but I tried to focus on the fact it wasn't a gain and that it was progress, even if not a loss. And that the following week I'd have a loss and it'd feel good... and it did!! Good luck hun :) x

Good Luck! I STS on a regular basis (due to the hormone injections im on for treatment) but my consultant says i should be loosing, done food diaries, SAS logs and everything. STS is disheartening, but be 100% true to yourself, and try and sort it x

Follow the plan 100% lose weight, follow it 95% expect not to lose weight.

Go for 100% this week and see what happens xx
You took the words right out of my mouth (youmust stop doing that lol).

You cannot expect to lose if you keep going off plan, not being harsh hun, were all human and we all do it, me included. If you want to lose stick to plan, eat lots of superfree, have your syns, and there is no reason why you wont get to your goal! xx

Yes, got to agree with the Tough Love approach as well hun, I know its frustrating and you're upset by the result this week, but if you don't follow the plan you won't lose unfortunately.

Here's to a better week this week... that goes for me too!! xxxxxxx
