I'd just like it to be known that for the first time since joining SW in October 2009, and despite hitting target on 21st April, this week I HAVE NOT LOST WEIGHT!!! I got the biggest clap and cheer when the consultant announced it at group - the new lady must have thought we were nuts, clapping someone who hadn't lost weight

What have you done differently this week? Have you increase HEXS/SYNS? xx

Erm, both! I kinda went a bit mad and didn't count syns too carefully for a few days, then have been back on track since Saturday and just had an extra 'b' choice each day.
