Stuck at 203 >.<

Hey Guys!

So I have gotten down from 220 to 203!! Which I am proud of!
My goal is 165-170.
For the past 3 weeks I have been locked at 203!

203.5, 203.2, 203.4

I haven't been eatting junky foods and I have been carful with what I eat and I get quite abit of exercise at work(I work in Care so always going from 1 room to the next checking on people)

I'm really stuck now.

Any ideas?

Well, often when you stop losing, it's your body's way of telling you that it's comfortable this way and it's happy so it doesn't want to change. In order to change it, you need to give it a shock, and that usually means dropping some calories unfortunately.

How I did it was that I stuck to my BMR-500 calories/day and then once I had lost enough weight, well it was time to drop another 100 calories since your BMR changes along with your weight. That way, you should see a result, hopefully! It does mean calorie counting but it's worked for a lot of us on here but I think the idea of changing something radically is right regardless of how you're gonna do it.

Just taken a BMR test and it says
You have a BMR of 2056.49
So I need top aim for around 1200-1500 a day?
Great back to weight watchers meals lol they have cal info on them

you need to make your body work harder, i.e exercise...thats one possibility...
