stuck

    Does anyone else find their weightloss stuck the same for two weeks. Mine has and i find it so frustrating. Am back to ss now but wanted to stay on ss+ but too scared to eat incase i stay the same again.

    Yes this seem to have happened to a few of us mine sts for 10 days which can just make you cry but if your sticking 100% to what plan your on then you will be losing

    the best thing to do is take your measurments stick with it make sure your drinking enough water to flush the fat out .... tomorrow you could wake up and have a really good loss don't lose heart and ss+ won't make you gain weight done correctly

    Yes sometimes that does seem to happen.. Try not to get to stressed about it though I know its hard and can be upsetting... But it will come off if you stick with it..

    my scales had not changed since 29th may until this morning and even then it was only 1lb!! stick to it and im sure it will shift soon!! might encourage mine too lol
