Stuff pot help plz

Hi all

For tea im having stuffed potatos with baked beans as on green, now i got no bloming mozerella left for when i take the potato out and then use mozerella to mash it and then add peppers mushrooms and then put back in oven on skins, but has anyone used quark as ive never had this before and dont want to ruin my last two jackets, or would you use 2 slices of low fat cheese slices??

Hello! I always use quark to mash up the potatoes and it so yummy. When I started doing them I was using sour cream but now use quark so it is SW friendly! I add a couple of drops of Lee&Perins too which adds a nice but subtle kick.
These are so good, they feel naughty but they aren't!

Quark is lovely and free and only 58p a tub at Tesco, so get some in.... you won't regret it. X
