I think my diary is in the wrong place as it's under 'Food Diary' but I just write really anything to do with following the plan, not so much what I eat every day - just a bit of everything really!
My food diary started out as just that but now it's full of general ramblings too, its mostly for me to keep track and is other people want to pop in and chat they are more than welcome! If they don't want to read my ramblings they don't have to x
